ORDER

Though in the order which is the subject matter of contempt, it is stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2016, seeking promotion as Tahsildar from the year 2005 and the Deputy Collector from the year 2009 had to be considered, the respondents have promoted the petitioner to the post of the Deputy Tahsildar. The petitioner had not questioned the same at that point in time, though his representation was one seeking promotion as Tahsildar from the year 2005 and the Deputy Collector from the year 2009. Now, this contempt has been filed stating that the orders passed in W.P.No.31309 of 2016 has not been complied with.

2. Considering the fact that the order has been complied with, not in the manner as directed by this Court dated 03.10.2016, but by promoting the petitioner for the post of Deputy Tahsildar, there is no 2/4
