ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent on the ground that a direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14147 of 2014 dated 10.06.2014 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the enquiry was conducted and it appears to be a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband. However, since till date no final report or closure report has been filed, this Court is of the view that further enquiry is required in this matter.

3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to conduct further enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to her husband and proceed in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
