When the matter came up for hearing today, the second respondent/defacto complainant is personally present before this Court and produced her Aadhar Card bearing No.2802 9602 7243. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner/father-in-law of the defacto complainant had expired. He further submitted that pending proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the Mahila Court (Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Level), Coimbatore, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the second petitioner have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 12.02.2018 stating that she has no objection if the proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore is quashed. 4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by her dated 12.02.2018, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the learned Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
