This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case in C.S.R. No.242 of 2016 issued towards the petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2016, investigate the matter and file a final report in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the opposite party had appeared before the respondent police for enquiry and has given an undertaking that he will not disturb https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner any further and recording the said undertaking, the petition enquiry was closed.

In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner approach the police as and when there is further threat from the opposite party.
