When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 and Habeas Corpus Petition has also been filed against the detention order. He would further submit that the Habeas Corpus Petition is still pending before this Court.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
