C.M.P.Nos.6859 and 6862 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.98400 of 2022 N.MALA,J, These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and to condone the delay of 175 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.16,600/- in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.SP.Yuvaraj, learned counsel appears for first respondent.

3.I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 158 days in re-presenting the above appeal is condoned and the delay of 175 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.16,600/- is also condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
