This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the order dated 08.10.2012 on the file of 1st respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to provide the details to all the queries made in his application dated 30.05.2012.

2.Heard Mr.R.Ashraf Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Venkatesan, learned Government Advocate for HR & CE and Mr.Niranjan Raja Gopal, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3.Admittedly, in the case on hand, the request made by the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the information sought for with regard to Arulmigu Thiyagaraja Swamy Thirukoil is vague. This being the factum of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to make a fresh request for information under the Right to Information Act with regard to Arulmigu Thiyagaraja Swamy Thirukoil after giving the correct particulars.

4.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
