These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 229 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent Rajamani in S.A. No.446 of 2020 , (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the above respondent in S.A. No.446 of 2020, (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives, as mentioned in petition, of the deceased respondent as respondents in S.A. No.446 of 2020 and (iv) to bring on record Amutha, Srimahi, Sridhar, Sabarish as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant, namely Janarthanan, as appellants in S.A. No. 446 of 2020, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in S.A. No.446 of 2020 and list the same in the usual course 15.10.2025 bga 2/3
