In identical matters, viz., W.P.Nos.4196 to 4200 of 2017 and W.P.Nos.14023 to 14027 of 2017, vide order dated 04.09.2017, this Court held the issue in favour of the petitioner therein, namely JK Tyre & Industries Limited. Therefore, the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision in the aforesaid writ petitions. 2.Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the order passed in W.P.Nos.4196 to 4200 of 2017 and W.P.Nos.14023 to 14027 of 2017. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
