ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 07.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.76 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner has threatened the defacto complainant and snatched away four sovereign of gold jewel from the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are eleven previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are eleven previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
