ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 28.01.2015.
2. The learned Government counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that the license was granted for a period of 5 years in favour of the 3rd respondent. The said licence expired on 22.1.2020.
3. Thus, the cause arouse for the dispute did not exist as of now. It is not made clear that the licence expired was renewed subsequently, or not. If at all it is renewed, it is for the petitioner Trust to approach the competent authority for the purpose of redressal of their grievances, if any as of now.
4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
