ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to transfer further investigation in FIR No.245 of 2021 to the first and second respondents and consequently direct the first respondent to complete the investigation and file final report before the Competent Court as per law.

2. The third respondent police is directed to effectively continue with the investigation in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the guidelines given by this Court in the case of Manohari Vs. District Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District and two others, reported in 2018 (2) Law Weekly (crl) 522 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
