This Writ Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the Order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the 1 st respondent in E.C.No.393 of 2014 and quash the same.
2. It is fairly stated by the writ Petitioner's Counsel that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of Section 30 of the Employees' Compensation Act. The learned counsel therefore prays that as the appeal time has not lapsed the Certified copy of the 2/5
order dated 31.01.2024 passed in E.C.No.393 of 2014 may be returned to the petitioner to enable him to file a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner's counsel, the Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order dated 31.01.2024 passed in E.C.No.393 of 2014 to the Petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to file the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed with the above direction. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
