The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the petition and order dated 11.09.2015 made in E.P.R.No.282 of 2004 in O.S.No.1109 of 1995 on the file of the Second Additional District Munsif Court, Erode by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the petition and order passed in E.P.R.No.282 of 2004 in O.S.No.1109 of 1995 dated 11.09.2015 on the file of Second Additional District Munsif Court, Erode.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main Execution Petition itself was dismissed for default by the Court below in the year 2016 and therefore nothing survives in this case.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, if the Execution Petition got restored, the petitioners are at liberty to renew this Civil Revision Petition also. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
