W.P.Nos.6201 of 2013; 1309, 11254, 11714, 20897, 23330, 28518 of 2021; 97, 734, 5098, 5105, 16631 and 22405 of 2022 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and N.MALA, J.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Order was pronounced in the batch of writ petitions on 07.09.2022 with certain directions for its implementation by the TNPSC/State Government. However, time limit was not given in the order and therefore, on the request of the parties, the disposed of writ petitions were listed before court to give a time limit to implement the order.

2. Learned Advocate General prayed for three months' time to implement the directions contained in the order, which was opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, and prayed to allow four weeks' time for the aforesaid.

3. We have considered the submissions and we find that the writ petitions do not pertain to one recruitment examination but appointments to different posts, and to undertake the exercise as directed by this court, a reasonable time of three months would be required. Therefore, the order would be implemented within a period of three months from today.
