ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.02.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 465,468 and 471 r/w.120(B)IPC in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already granted interim bail by the Courts below.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
