ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.23823 of 2015, by order dated 09.11.2016, directed the respondent to expedite the investigation in FIR.No.700/2015 and to file a final report as early as possible.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 05.01.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and that on completion of investigation in FIR.No.700/2015, charge-sheet has also been filed by the respondents before the concerned Court below.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
