ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction, directing the respondent police to hand over the Driving Lisence, R.C.Book and insurance copy of the vehicle viz., Mini Container Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-14-R-9736 to the petitioner herein forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to return the Driving License, R.C.Book and insurance copy of the vehicle viz., Mini Container Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-14-R-9736 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
