ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 09.03.2015 passed by the learned II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.16275 of 2014 in O.S.No.4133 of 2014, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners to grant unconditional leave to defend the suit.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
