This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners / proposed parties as appellants 1 and 2 in the second appeal as legal representatives for the deceased sole appellant.

2. The respondent has no objection in allowing the above petition.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
