ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 13.08.2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. Aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent, dated 11.07.2025, the petitioner has preferred the aforesaid appeal dated 13.08.2025 before the 1st respondent. Since the same was not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 3 to 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated Page No.2 of 4
13.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 5 and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, dated 13.08.2025.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 13.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 5 and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
