This application has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the bond in Letters of Administration of Will in O.P.No.698 of 2008, dated 29.10.2009.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this application, this court is inclined to extend the time.

3. Accordingly, two weeks time is extended to execute the bond in Letters of Administration of Will, as ordered in O.P.No.698/2008 dated 29.10.2009.

4. Post the matter after two weeks.
