PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2022 for rectifying 1/4

the measurement mistake in the FMB and its record register relating to the petitioner comprised in old T.S.No.103/1, New T.S.No.54 situated at Thottipalayam, Tiruppur Town and District.

ORDER

Seeking for certain rectification in the measurement in the Field Map Book and its record register, the petitioner had preferred a representation on 10.12.2022 to the respondents. Since the representation was not considered in time, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government has produced a copy of the Summons dated 03.04.2023 issued by the Tahsildar to the petitioner for conducting an enquiry in connection with the grievance of the petitioner.

3. Since the respondents have acted upon the petitioner's 2/4

representation, the prayer for consideration of the representation in the present writ petition, does not deserve consideration. The petitioner is granted liberty to participate in the enquiry proceedings pursuant to the summons dated 03.04.2023 and the Tahsildar, Tiruppur North shall complete the enquiry proceedings as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
