JUDGMENT

Pursuant to an order dated 01.07.2021, this case was referred to mediation by any Trained Judicial Officer to mediate the dispute.A Mediation Report had been received from the District Mediation Centre at Nagapattinam confirming that the parties are settled the dispute through mediation. The Mediation Sessions Notes has also been produced before this Court that a sum of Rs.70,000/- has been paid by the respondent/plaintiff in full and final settlement.

2. In view of the same, this second appeal is dismissed as having settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
