O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register an FIR against the accused persons based on the complaint dated 29.04.2015 given by the petitioner, on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 29.04.2015 to the 2nd Respondent police by post.

4. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 29.04.2015 to the concerned police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
