ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram, to dispose the DVC in DVC.No.4 of 2020, within the time stipulated by this Court as speedy as possible under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that DVC.No.4 of 2020 to be completed within a stipulated period. The petitioner is the complainant, he has no further arguments and they have completed the evidence and in any event entire proceedings can be completed within a period of three months.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has got no objection and he will co-operate with the trial.

4. In view of the same, the trial Court has directed to complete the proceedings in DV.C.No.4 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Of course, enquiry before the trial Court is restored.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
