CR.NO.440 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5382 of 2019 order dated 13.03.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.RAGHAVAN Government Advocate [Crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for modifying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5382 of 2019 by an order dated 13.03.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that while granting bail to the petitioner this Court imposed one of the condition in Crl.O.P.No.5382 of 2019 as follows: "[b] the petitioner shall deposit title deed worth a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) stands in the name of S.L.Vijay to the credit of Crime No.440 of 2018 before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready."

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the condition imposed has not been complied with by the petitioner till date.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the said condition is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall deposit a title https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deed worth a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or his family members to the credit of Crime No.440 of 2018 before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready"
