Common Prayer in W.P Nos. 3003 to 3005 of 2008:- Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Memorandum No.6841/PD-B2/2007 dated 19.12.2007 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of equity, promissory estoppel and legitimate expectation and further direct the respondents to enroll the petitioner under the Old Pension Scheme which is applicable to his juniors. Common Prayer in W.P Nos. 14817 to 14819 of 2009:- Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue of a Writ of declaration,declaring that the G.O.No.304 Fin(Pen) Department dated.27.05.2004 is not applicable to the petitioner is concerned since the same is against Article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and alsoagainst the principles of Legitimate Expectation.
