This petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent/accused No.1 through the Crl.MP.no.749 of 2021 in FIR No.26 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021 on the file of the Manalmedu Police Station, Mayiladuthurai District.
2.Anticipatory Bail petition was filed by the second respondent and his mother. The Principal Sessions Judge on consideration of the entire facts and circumstances, granted anticipatory bail to the accused persons on 05.03.2021 in Cr.M.P.No.749 of 2021.
3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner/defacto complainant filed a petition before this Court for cancellation of bail.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent and his mother harassed the daughter of the defacto complainant and demanding dowry. Due to which, she committed suicide. Initially the accused filed a bail application before the trial Court and the same was dismissed. The trial court, without considering the facts, granted bail.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.
6. This Court has carefully considered the submissions made on either side. The court below had perfectly assessed the issue and given sufficient reason. This court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and therefore there is no requirements to interfere with that order passed by the trial Court.
7.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
