Prayer in W.P.No.23833 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's proceedings bearing Rc.No.1628/MM1/2011, dated 29.3.2016 , quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to grant limestone mining lease in respect of petitioner's Patta lands measuring 35.17.0 Hectares comprised in Survey No.210, 211, 212 etc., situated in Reddipalayam Village, Ariyalur Taluk, Ariyalur District, by re-considering the petitioner's mining lease application dated 15.12.2009 (23.12.2009).

dated 1.4.2016 , quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to grant limestone mining lease in respect of petitioner's Patta lands measuring 17.32.0 Hectares comprised in Survey No.575/2B etc., situated in UNJINI and SENDURAI villages, Sendurai Taluk, Ariyalur District by re-considering the petitioner's mining lease application dated 29.11.2006.
Prayer in WP.No.23835 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's proceedings bearing Rc.No.10995/MM1/2007, dated 29.3.2016 , quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to grant limestone mining lease in respect of petitioner's Patta lands measuring 8.56.0 Hectares comprised in Survey Nos.31/3 etc., situated in Kallankurichi Villages, Ariyalur Taluk, Ariyalur District by re-considering the petitioner's mining lease application dated 29.11.2006.

Advocate for R1 to R3 C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner has come up with these Writ petitions seeking to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and to direct the 2nd respondent to grant limestone mining lease in respect of petitioner's patta lands by reconsidering his mining lease applications .
2. Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
