This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for willful disobedience to the Order of this Court dated 16.07.2019 made in CMP.No.6943 of 2019 in CMA.No.1870 of 2018.

2. Heard Mr.M.Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that since the petitioner has attempted to speak to the child during his online class, he was unable to attend the same. However, if the petitioner makes phone call after 04.30 p.m. as per the Indian timing or during Saturdays or Sundays or holidays, there shall not be any difficulty for the child to facilitate his conversation with the petitioner, for which, there is no objection on the side of the petitioner.
