This Application has been filed to permit the applicants to file additional documents in C.S.No.38 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants / D1 & D2 submitted that the documents which are now sought to be produced are not available at the time when the written statement has been filed and hence, leave of the Court is prayed to receive those documents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents / plaintiffs submitted that the plaintiffs have no objection to receive the documents which are now sought to be produced.

4. In the interest of justice and in order to ensure the progress of the further proceedings, this application is allowed and the documents are permitted to be received.
