Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in respect of order passed in Na.Ka.No.A6/813/07 dated 15.04.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to transfer the joint signatory power to Ward-I member P.Jayapaul from vice - president Sekar of Agravaram Panchayat, Gudiyatham Panchayat Union as per the resolution passed by the Panchayat council on 19.02.2007.
