This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 09.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19023 of 2021.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted G.O. (2D) No.91, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(ii)) Department, dated 30.06.2022, wherein, the respondents have complied with the order dated 09.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19023 of 2021.
