O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner/detenu viz., Chittibabu @ Syed Ibrahim S/o.Abdul Raheem, aged 32 years, has been detained by the second respondent by his order in Cr.M.P.No.04/G/2021/E1 dated 09.03.2021, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2/4

2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in Cr.M.P.No.04/G/2021/E1 dated 09.03.2021, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1935, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 27.04.2021 and produced a copy of the said order. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
