ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 19.01.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9458 of 2012 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that action was indeed taken. It is also challenged before this Court and at present, the proceedings are pending before the First Bench. He would further submit that the petitioner herein has also filed an application to implead it as a party respondent.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
