Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent in C.No.15/G/IS/2021 dated 15.03.2021 and quash the same and produce the detenu D.Mohanasundar @ Mohan S/o.P.Devaraj, aged 19 years, who is now confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner is the father of the detenu viz., D.Mohansundar @ Mohan S/o.P.Devaraj, aged 19 years, who has been detained by the second respondent by his order in C.No.15/G/IS/2021 dated 15.03.2021, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in C.No.15/G/IS/2021 dated 15.03.2021, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2074, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 04.05.2021 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
