This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the jurisdiction for surrendering the sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, instead of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.2203 of 2026 dated 11.02.2026.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
