ORDER

This Court while disposing of the Criminal Original Petition No.25526 of 2015 by order dated 06.11.2015, directed the respondent to hold an enquiry on the complaint dated 21.07.2015 given by the petitioner and if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, the respondent shall proceed in accordance wit law, as early as possible.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.314 of 2016 under Sections 447, 379 & 506(i) IPC and as such, the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
