CMP Nos. 6960, 6962 & 6963 of 2022 in S.A.No.207 of 2012 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and hence, all these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
