This Application has been filed to permit the plaintiffs 2 to 6 to be represented through their special power of attorney Mr.Rajakulasekaran to represent and appear on their behalf, let in evidence, sign affidavit, undertakings and any other document for the purpose of proper completion of the proceedings in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents raised objections to allow this application.

3. It is learnt that even the chief in affidavit for the plaintiffs have been filed by the very same power agent in his individual capacity as witness. That will also show that the plaintiffs 2 to 6 are not able to appear before the Court and depose the evidence personally and they only depend upon their power agent to conduct the suit.

4. Considering the said circumstances, I feel it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
