demolish the building as per the law.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2017 and consequently issue demolition certificate.

2. Heard M/s.R.Kamala Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 5; Mr.G.Ameedius, learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 8 and perused the records.

3. In view of limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits, directs the first respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
