Side) appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent Police submitted that on conclusion of investigation in Crime No.433 of 2019, the 1st respondent closed the case as 'Mistake of Fact' on 22.04.2021. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
