Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7349 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12107 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020., while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
