ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint in T.N.E.C.R.No.18/2019 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, enquiry was over in respect of the petitioner's complaint.
