JUDGMENT

(DELIVERED BY HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.18100 of 2016 dated 2.6.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also endorses the stand of the respondent that the order has been complied with. Compliance report has also been filed by the respondent in this regard.

3. Recording the said compliance, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
