ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1) (aa) and 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.108 of 2019, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.108 of 2019. He would also submit that the petitioner has been arrested and released on bail dated 11.04.2020.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
