ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.35991 of 2025 dated 07.01.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to stay at Villupuram and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard Mr.P.Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the said condition that the respondent has no serious objection to the relaxation of the same.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.35991 of 2025 dated 07.01.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders.
