ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent No.2 for violating the order dated 16.09.2021 of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.18450 of 2021 by imposing maximum punishment as contemplated under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2.In compliance with the orders passed by this Court on 16.09.2021 in W.P.No.18450 of 2021, the respondents have conducted an enquiry by affording opportunity to all the parties and an order was passed on 30.09.2022. As per the order, the petitioners are informed to apply for renewal of license as per Puducherry exercise Rules, 1970 enabling the 2/4

Department to proceed with the matter. In view of the said orders, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
