This application has been filed seeking permission to the plaintiffs to produce additional documents. The documents include the copies of the trust deed and documents related to suit in O.S.No.1663 of 1992 and the certified registration copies of the sale deeds.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been stated that the documents are required since they are material and relevant for the purpose of the case. They are also the certified registration copies. It had been stated that the documents had been mixed up with the other records and could not be traced immediately and filed earlier.
3. Incidentally, the suit had been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs seeking a decree to give directions for the Trust to frame a scheme in conformity with the wishes of the Founder and to maintain the temple. The relevancy of the documents could be questioned during the course of the trial.
